SprintLink Virtual LAN Services (VLS) offers wide-area Ethernet connectivity that blends the security of legacy networking solutions with the flexibility and costs-advantages of IP-based Ethernet technology. Service is available across a wide range of Ethernet port speeds and supports 10 Mbps bandwidth increments, offering scalable connectivity designed to evolve with your needs.

Using Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol, Version 3 (L2TPv3) technologies, SprintLink VLS utilizes authenticated tunnels that secure "lock" traffic between ports so you can manage distance network resources as if they were located a single, unified LAN.

With SprintLink Virtual LAN Services, you can:

  • Choose from a wide range of port speeds for exactly the performance you need
  • Stay on top of performance with flexible web-based reporting
  • Support your mission-critical applications with optional collocation services
