Sprint MNS Express Service provides a robust set of flexible, comprehensive, transport-independent network management solutions with SLAs. Our Cisco-certified MNS specialists work with you to develop and implement your overall network strategy. Once done, we provide ongoing support for day-to-day domestic LAN/WAN management.
MNS Express features include:
- Multi-vendor solution that supports Sprint and/or third-party transport
- IP/IPX protocol only
- Network device configuration, archive, and restore service
- Supports domestic sites connected via Frame Relay or IP transport
- Monitoring and administration of routers and switches
In addition, comprehensive reporting is available through our interactive web portal. The range of reporting options include:
Availability – Current outages of devices, circuits, and locations and summaries by day or week. Drill-down capability is available on outage details.
Trouble Tickets – Open trouble tickets, review most critical trouble tickets, and check in on daily and weekly resolution summaries.
Performance – A performance overview is available by device type, whether it is a router or server. Daily, weekly, and monthly overviews are available. Graphical depictions are viewable for historical and real-time statistics.
Change Requests – Customers are able to open change requests and track details.
Asset Management – Customers have the ability to view production assets being monitored by Sprint, including routers, circuits, and applications. Detailed descriptions of assets are also available.
