The Service Planning phase is critical in getting your managed network services up and running quickly without the delays you could have experienced in the past. Consultation – Sprint first conducts a thorough needs analysis that considers your near-term and long-term business goals, as well as your current network, applications, and methods of transport.
Design – Sprint considers both your wide area networking and your local area networking needs. A network design engagement includes the determination of the services, equipment, and networking features and functions that are employed to meet the company's networking requirements.
Engineering – A site-by-site implementation level design is developed in this phase of the project. Includes Site Diagram, CPE configuration files and Test & Turn-Up.
Implementation – The Project Plan & Schedule identify and track all major activities, milestones, and deliverables. All Sprint-managed solutions include installation support of Sprint-certified managed network devices, software, modems, and additional Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
