Sprint's blocking capabilities can reject both inbound and outbound messages based on policy rules and message attributes before they enter or leave your corporate email system. Potentially destructive, objectionable, and unwanted files are unable to gain access to your email infrastructure.
This feature also prevents sensitive and confidential data from leaving your network. The blocking feature is definable by domain and can block email by:
- Attachment name/type; you can add and delete file types to specify which files may or may not gain entry (such as vbs, exe, & dll)
- File size (i.e., all messages over 1mb.)
- Number of recipients (i.e., more than "x" number of recipients)
- Domain
- Email address
- Words and phrases
