Existing Users
For customers with older versions of the Sprint Remote Access client the link below provides a Sprint 3.5 version client install that will initiate uninstall of the standard Sprint Remote Access Client (versions 2.3 and 2.4). Customers with customized versions of the Sprint Remote Access Client will be contacted at a future date to arrange for a replacement of a customized client. Sprint Internet dialer users will not be prompted to uninstall and will need to manually uninstall the Sprint Internet dialer. Please refer to the FAQ section for more detailed information.
