closed. And your employees need to be able to receive
messages, even when they're traveling.
Relax. You're only a few steps away from making your
business communications more manageable. With convenient,
easy-to-use Sprint MessageLine Voicemail, you can enjoy
the benefits of total accessibility. When you can't
answer your calls, let Sprint MessageLine be your receptionist.
It's reliable, accurate and will always let you know
when you have a message waiting.
Options
Services and options that
work for you.
Sprint MessageLine has two standard services:
1. Message Waiting. The mailbox is your main
telephone number.
2. Direct Dial. The mailbox is a separate
phone number.
Both Message Waiting and Direct Dial have three service
options to choose from: Basic, Elite and Connections.
Select the option that best fits your business needs.
- Basic. This service offers up to 100 basic mailboxes.
- Elite. Doubles greeting length, message length,
message capacity and message storage.
- Connections. Enables callers to reach specific
individuals or departments. Callers reach the Host
mailbox, which prompts them to select from a menu
of options. Each option, or extension, is a separate
mailbox that accepts messages. One host and two extensions
come standard with Connections service. You may add
up to seven additional extensions.

Features
& Benefits
The simple way to keep in
touch.
Flexible.
When you're away from your desk or busy with another
call, Sprint MessageLine Voicemail greets your callers
with a personalized message that you can change as often
as you like. So if you're out for the day or just away
at a quick meeting, you can let callers know when they
can expect your return call.
Easy.
With Sprint MessageLine, commands for functions are
tied to alphabetic letters on the keypad, so they are
easy to remember. A push of the button allows you to
perform commands from any touch-tone phone, and a friendly
voice guides you through a simple message delivery and
retrieval process.
Accessible.
You and your employees can access messages from a touch-tone
phone anytime, anywhere.
Dependable.
Because Sprint MessageLine is based out of Sprint's
Central Office, you can rely on our system to continue
to take messages even during the most adverse situations
-- power outages, lightning strikes, floods or fires.
This is a key advantage over premises-based voicemail
equipment.
Compatible.
If your business uses Sprint Basic Telephone Service,
Key, PBX or Centrex services, you can still look to
MessageLine Voicemail as a user-friendly, cost-effective
alternative to more expensive Integrated Voice Response
(IVR) systems.
Confidential.
Your privacy is guaranteed. Just set your own private
security passcode to retrieve your messages.
