Sprint Centurion Service is a comprehensive program
providing uniform customer premises equipment (CPE)
service and maintenance throughout the U.S. Using Centurion
Service as a platform, we are able to deliver quality
service to your business, while protecting your investment.
Whatever the particular demands of your business, we
have a solution to meet your needs. We offer three different
service plans:
Standard Plan
Extended Plan
Custom Plan
Standard
Plan
The Standard Plan is ideal for businesses with a need
for coverage during peak traffic times of regular business
hours. The Standard Plan includes:
- Coverage 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays.
- Remote monitoring of data and PBX systems. This
requires a dedicated business line, paid for by the
customer.
- Maximum response time of two hours on major alarms
during business hours.
- Response time of eight business hours for minor
outages.
- Semi-annual preventative service calls for PBX equipment
by a Sprint technician.
- Two hours of PBX user training annually upon customer
request.
- Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for consultation
and assistance with troubleshooting.
- Important Note: Centurion does not cover batteries
or headsets.

Extended
Plan
The Extended Plan offers comprehensive around the clock,
on-call service. It includes:
- Coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week including
all holidays.
- Remote monitoring of data and PBX systems. This
requires a dedicated business line, paid for by the
customer.
- Maximum response time of two hours on major alarms.
- Response time for minor outages of eight business
hours.
- Quarterly preventative service calls, including
a complete systems analysis, for PBX equipment by
a Sprint technician.
- Four hours of PBX user training scheduled annually
upon customer request.
- Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for consultation
and assistance with troubleshooting.

Custom Plan
Custom Plans are individually designed by a team of
our service professionals to meet the specialized requirements
of your business. We will analyze your communications
system and develop an appropriate plan. Custom plans
typically incorporate different terms and conditions
(T&C) such as restoration plans, on-site maintenance
and spare parts.
Time and Materials (T&M)
Time and materials coverage is available to non-contract
customers. This coverage has a higher labor rate, longer
response times and higher billing minimums.
Centurion Service is available to cover all of your
communication needs. We offer plans that cover both
your voice and data products.
Voice Products
Voice Products include PBX and key systems, voice messaging,
IVR, automatic call distribution systems, Centrex sets,
paging equipment, printer terminals and wireless CPE.
Data- and Server-Based Products
Data products include CPE used with the following services:
DCE/DTE, internetworking, interactive video and public
safety CPE.
