Frame Relay

Service Level Agreements

Although we're sure that you'll come to trust and depend on frame relay for your data transmission needs, we know that you need firm and specific guarantees. That's why we give our new customers (or existing customers that extend contract terms) service level agreements (SLAs), backed by credits, to guarantee that our frame relay service meets the performance criteria that we promise. The following SLAs are available with your Sprint Frame Relay Service.
