Service Level Agreements
Although we're sure that you'll come to trust and depend
on frame relay for your data transmission needs, we
know that you need firm and specific guarantees. That's
why we give our new customers (or existing customers
that extend contract terms) service level agreements
(SLAs), backed by credits, to guarantee that our frame
relay service meets the performance criteria that we
promise. The following SLAs are available with your
Sprint Frame Relay Service.
Port Availablity
Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) Delay
Frame Delivery Rate
Port Availability
Sprint offers the following port availability for the
following types of access:
- 100 percent end-to-end Sprint-provided enhanced
metropolitan-area Synchronous Optical Network (SONET).
- 99 percent end-to-end Sprint-provided non-enhanced
metropolitan-area SONET access or dedicated local
access.
- 100 percent POP-to-POP availability for each port
that utilizes customer-provided local access.
